At Pathao Limited, we believe your business is yours — fully and completely. Pathao Enterprise Suite is built to help you grow, not to take ownership of anything that belongs to you. This Privacy Policy is our way of being transparent about how the platform works when you choose to connect your Meta accounts (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp) and use our services.

Nothing in this policy changes the fact that you remain in full control of your business accounts and your data at all times.

2. Information the Platform Works With

When you choose to connect your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business accounts to Pathao Enterprise Suite, the platform is given limited, permission-based access to certain information — only to the extent needed to run the features you actively use. This may include things like:

• Your Facebook Page name and Page ID, so the platform can display and manage your page activity
• Your Instagram Business Account details, if connected, to support your Instagram inbox and content
• Customer messages from your connected inboxes, so they can be viewed and responded to within the unified chat
• Customer contact details that you or your customers choose to share through those conversations

3. How This Information Is Used

The platform uses the above information for one purpose only: to deliver the features you have chosen to use. Specifically:

• Conversations from Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp are brought together into a single inbox for your convenience — they are not stored beyond what is needed for you to manage them
• The AI sales assistant uses conversation context only to help you respond to your customers — it does not retain or analyse your messages for any other purpose
• Product and catalog information is displayed within the platform to help you manage your listings across channels
• CRM records are created and maintained entirely for your use, to help you keep track of your customer relationships

Your data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to benefit anyone other than you.

4. How Your Information Is Protected

Pathao Enterprise Suite is hosted on secure, professionally managed cloud infrastructure. All information passing through the platform is protected by encryption during transmission (TLS) and at rest. Access within Pathao's internal teams is strictly limited and controlled — only those who need access to maintain or improve the platform are permitted near it, and only under strict internal policies.

Your connected accounts are accessed through Meta's official API permissions only. Pathao does not store your Meta login credentials and has no ability to act on your accounts outside of the permissions you grant.

5. How Long Information Is Kept

Information is kept only for as long as your Pathao Enterprise Suite account remains active, or for as long as is needed to provide the services you are using. Should you decide to close your account, your information will be removed from our systems within 30 days. In some cases, a small amount of information may need to be retained for a limited period to comply with legal or financial record-keeping requirements — but this will never be used commercially.

6. When Information May Be Shared

Pathao does not sell or trade your information. In the course of running the platform, we work with a small number of trusted technical service providers — such as cloud hosting services, system monitoring tools, and payment processors. These providers are given only what they need to do their specific jobs, and they are contractually bound not to use your information for anything else.

We do not share your information with Meta, advertisers, or any third party for commercial purposes.

7. You Are Always in Control

You can disconnect your Meta accounts from Pathao Enterprise Suite at any time, either through your account settings on the platform or directly through your Facebook account settings. Disconnecting will stop the platform from accessing your accounts going forward. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by reaching out to us at the contact details below.

8. Our Commitment to Meta's Standards

Pathao Enterprise Suite uses Meta's official APIs in full compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We request only the permissions that are necessary for the features you use, and we do not use any Meta data to build profiles or target advertising outside of the platform.

9. Updates to This Policy

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will let you know via email or an in-app notification before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you are comfortable with the revised policy. If you ever have questions, our team is always available to explain anything in plain language.
